We are looking for a Technical project manager for our Lead Design Engineering departament in Erd.

Join our team and lead impactful technical projects from concept to implementation!

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans (resources, schedule, costs) and implement corrective actions when needed;
Coordinate risk analyses, change evaluations, and negotiations with internal/external stakeholders;
Ensure project budget and indicators are met; prepare reports, documentation, and presentations;
Act as the interface between project leaders, departments, customers, and suppliers;
Define project organization, select team members, and provide technical leadership;
Plan, implement, and approve equipment/prototype/testing units in line with requirements and standards;
Create requirements/ specification manuals and perform calculations for bids, cost comparisons, and equipment concepts.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in a technical field;
3 to 5 years of experience in similar position- Automotive industry;
Experience working with equipment/prototype implementation is a plus.
Fluent in English and Hungarian (German is a plus);
Very good communication skills, ability to take initiative and make decisions.
