Project Description

  • Work with a leading global commodity trading and logistics company.
  • Be part of a large-scale transformation program to replace the existing Gresham (Clareti) reconciliation platform with Xceptor.
  • Support the implementation of an enterprise-wide reconciliation solution across Front Office (FO), Middle Office (MO), and Back Office (BO).
  • Contribute to enhancing trading applications, operational efficiency, and business growth through modern technology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and collaborate with business and IT teams.
  • Document As-Is reconciliation processes in Gresham and design To-Be processes in Xceptor.
  • Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support reconciliation logic migration, data mapping, and workflow configuration.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendor teams during implementation.
  • Prepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Validate reconciliation outputs and obtain business sign-offs.
  • Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, data mappings, and governance documentation.
  • Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.


Mandatory Skills

  • Strong knowledge of OTC Derivatives (Swaps, Options, Forwards, Lifecycle Events).
  • Good understanding of trade lifecycle, reconciliation processes, and financial products.
  • Proven Business Analysis experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
  • Experience working on migration or transformation programs.
  • Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Process Flows).
  • Experience with reconciliation platforms such as Gresham (Clareti) or similar tools.
  • Exposure to Xceptor or data automation platforms is highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of data formats such as CSV, XML, etc.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a collaborative environment.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Xceptor implementation or migration projects.
  • CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification.
  • Experience in commodity trading, capital markets, or financial services.
