Job Description

Key Responsibilities

· Channel Mastery: Manage and optimize property listings on all major platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, MMT, Goibibo, etc.) to ensure 100% content scores and maximum visibility.

· Inventory & Rate Distribution: Execute seamless distribution of rates and inventory across all channels via the Channel Manager and PMS, ensuring strict rate parity.

· Strategic Promotions: Design and implement OTA-specific promotions (Mobile-only rates, Genius, Preferred Partner programs) to capture targeted market segments.

· Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for OTA Market Managers to leverage insights, participate in campaigns, and secure "boost" opportunities.

· Performance Analytics: Monitor "Look-to-Book" ratios, ranking trends, and guest review scores to identify areas for conversion improvement.

· Content Auditing: Regularly update high-resolution imagery, room descriptions, and facility lists to reflect the unique selling points of each property.

· Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly distribution reports, focusing on channel production, commission costs, and market share.

Candidate Requirements

· Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of dedicated experience in OTA management or E-commerce within the hospitality sector.

· Technical Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with Channel Managers (e.g., Staah, SiteMinder) and Hotel PMS systems.

· Analytical Skillset: Ability to interpret OTA data and extranet insights to drive actionable distribution strategies.

· Local Expertise: Must be a current resident of Goa (preferably Salcete or nearby) with a deep understanding of the seasonal shifts in the Goa tourism market.

· Communication: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage external partners and internal front-office teams.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
