3-5 Must Haves

Proven experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) frameworks.

Expertise in communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans etc.

Stakeholder Engagement background

Preferred: Certification(s) in: PROSCI, Change Guide or LaMarsh

Required Skills

Event-driven architecture OAuth 2.0 Groovy XSLT Adapter
