Organic Growth Executive

About the Role We are looking for a data-driven and creative Organic Growth Executive to join Vani Kabir Multiverse Pvt Ltd. Your primary mission will be to expand our digital footprint and build a loyal community through strategic, non-paid initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone who is obsessed with algorithms and knows how to make content travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Mastery: Execute organic growth strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to increase reach and engagement.
• Algorithm Optimisation: Stay ahead of platform changes to ensure our brand remains visible and relevant.
• Community Building: Initiate and manage conversations with our audience to build a strong, authentic brand community.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the content and branding teams to ensure all organic efforts are aligned with the brand’s voice.
• Reporting: Track and analyse organic reach metrics to identify what works and pivot strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 year of experience. We strongly prefer candidates who have managed brand pages during internships or during their work tenure.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills: Deep understanding of organic reach, hashtags, and engagement hacks.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
