Job Title: Oracle SCM Functional Architect / Business Analyst Location: Chennai or Hyderabad (On-site) Joining: Immediate joiners preferred / Short notice period Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant / Architect / Business Analyst with 15?20 years of deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12. The ideal candidate will have strong functional experience with a solid understanding of Oracle SCM modules, along with some technical exposure. This is a solution-oriented role requiring hands-on experience in process design, solution architecture, and customization . Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of Oracle SCM solutions, primarily on Oracle EBS R12 Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle-based solutions Design and document new processes, functional specifications, and solution customizations Engage with business stakeholders to analyze current workflows and propose optimizations Provide guidance on SCM modules including Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, WMS, BOM, ASCP, etc. Collaborate with technical teams for development, integration, and troubleshooting Review and validate functional and technical deliverables Provide support during UAT, go-live, and post-implementation Drive continuous improvement and best practices in Oracle SCM processes Handle change requests, incident management, and enhancement planning Required Skills: Strong functional knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules Proven experience in process design, solution customization, and business analysis Exposure to Oracle technical stack (e.g., understanding of PL/SQL, interfaces, reports ? hands-on not mandatory) Ability to liaise effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams Hands-on experience with implementation and support projects Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead solution discussions Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields Oracle SCM certifications (optional but a plus) Experience working with cross-functional global teams Previous experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics domains
