Job Description

Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Lead to manage and support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of financial modules within Oracle Fusion Applications. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and/or techno-functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective financial solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
  • Work closely with finance and business teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Configure and support modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
  • Provide functional leadership and guidance to the project team during implementation and post-production support.
  • Ensure proper integration between Oracle Fusion Financials and other systems.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and customizations.
  • Participate in testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
  • Prepare functional documentation, solution design documents, and user training materials.
  • Support finance teams during month-end and year-end closing processes.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with strong experience in Oracle Fusion Applications Financial modules.
  • Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules.
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
  • Good understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead discussions, workshops, and solution design sessions.


Preferred Skills


  • Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations and reporting tools.
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Certification in Oracle Fusion Financials is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
