The Team

The world of business, economics, and finance is rapidly changing. Trends in the economy affect businesses, industries, and the financial markets that interact with one another in dynamic and often unpredictable ways. The Deloitte Industry team is focused on analysing economic and industry developments in India and their relevance to businesses. The team is responsible for conducting path-breaking and innovative research, analyze trends, and develop in-depth business and industry/sector thought leaderships that provide useful insights to enable business teams/partners to make strategic decisions.

Job Title: Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Techno-Functional Consultant / Architect

Experience: 2–7 years

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant / Architect with strong hands-on implementation experience across OFSC and Oracle Fusion Service. The role requires deep functional understanding combined with technical expertise to design and deliver scalable field service solutions.

Key Requirements:

• 2–7 years of relevant experience in Oracle CX / Field Service implementations
• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) implementations
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Service and Fusion Sales
• Good understanding of Maintenance Fusion flows
• Hands-on experience with Call-to-Resolution flow in Oracle Fusion
• Experience in OFSC Plug-in development
• Ability to work in a techno-functional capacity across design, build, and delivery phases

Preferred Skills:

• Strong stakeholder communication and solutioning skills

Experience working in complex, integrated enterprise environments
