Optician

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optician based in Jiddah. The Optician will be responsible for assisting customers with eyewear selection, ensuring optimal vision solutions while providing outstanding customer service. Day-to-day tasks include performing eye exams in collaboration with optometrists, interpreting optical prescriptions, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering precise lenses and frames. Additionally, the Optician will assist with maintaining lenses and other optical products.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Optics and Optometry with a focus on accurate lens preparation
• Proven ability in delivering excellent Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Experience in assisting with Eye Exams and interpreting optical prescriptions
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide tailored solutions to customers
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team
• CERTIFICATION: A relevant Optician or Optometry qualification is preferred
• Flexibility to work in Jiddah as part of an on-site team
