• Head count alignment with the Production team & Plant manager

CI-Workshop Moderator (SMED, TOM, 5S) - Moderate workshops of SMED, 5s, Time optimized Maintenance, Value stream Mapping, Visual shopfloor improvement.

• Co-ordinate team for cost saving idea generation, implementations & tracking.
• CI activities with operators to increase productivity.

Layout Management - Review & Update plant layout on half yearly basis.

• Update plant layout as per new project or specific requirements for improvements.
  
  
  

SAP - Create Routings & Work centers.

• Update the routings in timely manner

Forvia Excellence System 4.0 - Co-ordinate & support plant to apply standards of Forvia Excellence System.

• Train the depts on the requirements of Forvia Excellence system.

Your Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate
• Minimum 4 - 6 years of work experience
• Good in Communication
