Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operative at our spinning mills located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include overseeing machine operations, maintaining production efficiency, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and monitoring product quality. The role also involves assisting in troubleshooting, performing routine maintenance, and contributing to overall operational workflow in the spinning mills.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with textile machinery operations
• Basic understanding of production processes and safety practices
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
• Teamwork and effective communication abilities
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and flexibility to work in various shifts as required
• Prior experience in spinning mills or similar industrial environments is an advantage
