Job Title: Service Engineer - Machine Tools

Location: Rajkot

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer – Machine Tools to join our team in Rajkot. This is a permanent role offering hands-on exposure to advanced technologies, digitalization solutions, and opportunities to drive service excellence in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution of Field calls (Break down /commissioning)
Achieving Service KPI like Timely closure of calls, first time right, customer engagement and improved customer satisfaction.
Should be able to handle Rajkot area independently, coordinate with respective stake holders internally to meet customer expectations and increase customer delight
Ensure customer connect & extract business in form of Spare selling, multi-year contracts & Asset Management etc.
Candidate will be responsible to generate business thru Digitalization portfolio which included machine connectivity solutions like Brown filed connectivity, OT IT integration, etc. The candidate will also be getting opportunity to implement these solutions on the field.
Extraction of Service business from:
Upgradation & retrofit of old controllers, IPC retrofit etc.
Productivity improvement solutions
Field service, AMC (Annual Maintenance contract), repair from region

Required Skills & Qualification:

Diploma/ Degree in electrical/electronics engineering
5-10 years of experience in field of Machine tools
Knowledge about commissioning & trouble shooting of Sinumerik controls, Systems, Drives and motors is necessary
Willing for extensive travelling on short notice
