Job Description – HR Operations Specialist (3–5 Years Experience)
Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Operations Specialist with 3–5 years of experience across core HR operations, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, learning & development, and light recruitment. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, process‑driven, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Core HR Operations- Manage end‑to‑end HR operations processes.
- Create and structure salary components, CTC breakup, SLAs, and SOPs.
- Handle Indian payroll: salary processing, deductions, reimbursements, full & final settlement.
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance: PF, ESI, PT, TDS, labour laws, etc.
- Experience working with payslips, compliance documentation, and employee records.
- Exposure to international payroll (UK, Ireland, USA) – added advantage.
- Manage HR documentation: letters, onboarding kits, policy updates, HRMS data accuracy.
- Coordinate with finance for payroll alignment and compliance filings.
- Ensure smooth lifecycle management (onboarding → confirmation → exits).
- Support hiring across functions when required.
- Experience sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
- Screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and fun events.
- Bring creative ideas for culture-building and employee-participation programs.
- Support learning & development initiatives and organizational development efforts.
- Contribute to succession planning, workforce forecasting, and HR analytics.
- Understand organization behavior and help build a strong performance-driven culture.
- Work with leadership to improve processes and implement best HR practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations + payroll + compliance + basic recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws and HR operational frameworks.
- Familiarity with ATS, HRMS, and payroll software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, flexible personality with a go‑getter mindset.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership.
- Ability to work from the Gurgaon office (onsite role).
