Job Purpose
The Operations Quality Compliance Senior Officer is responsible for driving centralized qualityassurance and compliance governance across all markets.
The Role Provides Independent Oversight By
Auditing sample orders
Monitoring compliance with SOPs and quality standards
Tracking GSDP compliance
Investigating operational and customer complaints
Ensuring effective execution of CAPAs (Corrective & Preventive Actions)
This is a central role that ensures consistency, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across
fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
4–6 Years Of Experience In
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Audits & Sample Reviews Conduct regular sample order audits across all markets. Review order handling, packing, storage, and dispatch processes against SOPs and quality benchmarks. Identify recurring defects, non-compliance trends, and operational risks.
- SOP & Standards Compliance Monitor adherence to operational SOPs across all fulfillment centers. Document deviations and assess severity. Coordinate corrective actions with country operations teams.
- GSDP Monitoring Track compliance with Good Storage & Distribution Practices (GSDP). Conduct periodic compliance audits and gap analysis. Support internal and external audit readiness.
- Complaint Investigation Lead root cause analysis for customer and internal complaints. Review CCTV footage, system logs, and operational data. Prepare structured investigation reports with findings and recommendations.

Skills And Qualifications
