Role overview & Key responsibilities:

Rebirth is PadCare’s Waste-to-Value product line, transforming recycled sanitary waste into usable products such as recycled paper, stationery, and sustainable merchandise.

Our goal is to turn waste into valuable resources while enabling organisations to adopt circular economy practices.

As we scale Rebirth across corporates, distributors, and institutions, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of daily operations while supporting sales and client engagement.

1. Own Daily Operations

• Manage dispatch of samples and product orders to clients across India.
• Track shipments and ensure smooth delivery of dispatched products.
• Maintain inventory of products and coordinate replenishment when required.
• Work with vendors to ensure materials and products are procured on time.

2. Keep the Business Running Smoothly

• Maintain trackers for inventory, dispatches, and order status.
• Coordinate with the finance team for vendor payments and order invoicing.
• Track client payments and highlight pending follow-ups.

3. Support Sales & Client Growth

• Assist in lead generation and maintain a database of potential clients.
• Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Follow up with leads and help convert them into clients.
• Collect feedback from existing clients to improve products and service.

4. Be Part of Market Expansion

• Support the team during exhibitions, corporate events, and client meetings.
• Help in distributing samples and capturing new leads during events.

What we're looking for:

• 0–1 years of experience in operations, customer success, generalist roles; preferably startups. (Freshers welcome)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and confidence in speaking with clients
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for trackers
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
