Operations Manager

We’re Hiring: Operations Manager – F&B & Hospitality | Spectra Hospitality

Spectra Hospitality is looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong Food & Beverage and hospitality operations background to join our growing team.

This role involves managing operations across both Spectra-owned properties as well as client hospitality properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong on-ground leadership.

We’re looking for someone who understands hospitality beyond just management — someone who can build systems, lead teams, solve operational challenges, and elevate service standards across diverse hospitality formats.

• Oversee daily operations across hospitality and F&B verticals
• Manage and streamline operations for both in-house and client properties
• Maintain high standards of guest experience and service quality
• Lead, train, and supervise operational and service teams
• Implement SOPs, operational systems, and efficiency processes
• Coordinate with chefs, vendors, property owners, and management teams
• Monitor inventory, staffing, budgets, and operational performance
• Ensure seamless execution of events, stays, and guest experiences
  

• Strong experience in F&B and hospitality operations
• Prior experience handling hotels, resorts, cafés, restaurants, or luxury stays
• Ability to independently manage multiple properties/projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on operational approach
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving hospitality environments
• 4–6+ years of relevant experience preferred
