This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Chennai. The Operations Manager will oversee and streamline daily operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing clinic workflows, coordinating with medical and administrative staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring budgets and expenditures, and improving patient satisfaction. Additionally, the role entails implementing process improvements and fostering a productive work environment to achieve the clinic's operational goals.

• Budget Management and Financial Planning skills to monitor expenditures and optimize resources
• Process Improvement and Problem-Solving skills to enhance operational efficiency and address challenges

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively
