Operations Manager

We’re Hiring: Operations Manager – Facility & Cleaning Services

At Nuevo, we specialize in professional facility management and cleaning services, working with hospitals, schools, factories, and commercial spaces across Kerala. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a reliable and hands-on Operations Manager to join our team.

This role requires someone who can manage teams on the ground, maintain service quality, and ensure our operations run smoothly across client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple client sites

• Supervise housekeeping and facility management teams

• Ensure cleaning standards, hygiene protocols, and SOPs are followed

• Coordinate staffing, attendance, and shift planning

• Handle client communication and resolve operational issues

• Monitor inventory of chemicals, machines, and cleaning supplies

• Train staff and maintain discipline and performance standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in facility management, housekeeping, or cleaning operations

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to handle multiple locations and operational challenges

• Good communication and organizational skills
