- HomeLane is a leading home interiors brand delivering personalized and hassle-free design solutions to homeowners.
- The company partners with franchise owners (FOFO model) to expand market reach and improve customer engagement through localized experience centers.
Role Overview
- The Business Development Manager – FOFO will drive growth by generating high-quality leads, building strong on-ground partnerships, and supporting franchise (FOFO) operations.
- Responsible for expanding HomeLane’s market presence in assigned territories.
- A field-intensive role suited for professionals who enjoy relationship building, exploring new opportunities, and achieving aggressive business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Field Outreach
- Visit residential communities, builders, architects, and channel partners to generate high-intent leads.
- Conduct field activations, local marketing events, and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with RWAs, property managers, and real estate networks for continuous lead flow.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation targets through offline channels.
Business Development & FOFO Support
- Collaborate closely with FOFO franchise owners to achieve business targets and plan local area strategies.
- Identify and build partnerships that drive walk-ins to franchise experience centers.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and insights to support franchise growth.
Sales Collaboration
- Coordinate with design and sales teams for smooth lead handover and conversion.
- Follow up on leads to ensure appointments and studio visits.
- Support customer engagement initiatives at the studio when required.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly trackers for outreach activities and performance.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed during marketing and promotional activities.
- Provide performance updates and territory growth plans to the regional manager.
Key Skills Required
- Strong experience in field sales and lead generation. (Minimum 5 years in the Modular Industry, 8 years expected)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Strong local market knowledge and networking ability.
- Willingness for extensive field travel.
Basic Pay - Fixed at ₹48,000 with yearly increment of 10%
Incentive: 1.5% up to ₹25 lakh → 2.5% above (uncapped)
Performance Bonus: ₹10,000 (7 projects) / ₹15,000 (10)
Team Pool: 0.25% of branch revenue (if > ₹50 Lakh)
Realistic: ₹1,00,000+/month
