This role will drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and scalability across India's fulfillment network while managing critical programs that impact customer experience and business profitability.
Key job responsibilities
- Loss Recovery & Cost Optimization: Partner with Seller Loss Prevention (SLP) to implement and scale Loss Recovery program
- Launch programs to drive down CPS for middle mile pickup channel.
- Quality & Compliance Excellence: Work closely with TRC team to develop and execute comprehensive TRC audit execution plan and ensure compliance with operational standards across all partner facilities
- Create and collaborate with partner teams create network optimization strategies and partner with operations team to establish and drive seamless operations. Create comprehensive partner engagement strategy
- Lead partner engagement initiatives and conduct detailed cost calculations by launching Partner scorecard system to track performance metrics

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
