Job Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of hospitals and clinics across Gujarat and Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for managing all branches/locations assigned to them.

This role requires strong operational management skills, team coordination, and the ability to ensure the smooth functioning of healthcare facilities while maintaining high service and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of hospitals and clinics across assigned locations.
• Ensure smooth functioning of operational processes and patient services.
• Monitor staff performance and coordinate with medical and administrative teams.
• Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Manage facility operations including resource planning and inventory control.
• Coordinate with senior management for operational planning and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Handle operational challenges and resolve issues effectively.
• Travel between hospitals and clinics in Gujarat and Maharashtra as required.

Qualifications
