About the Role
We are looking for a high-ownership Operations Manager to run the day-to-day engine of INHOUSE.
This is not an admin role.
You will work directly with the founders and act as the execution backbone of the agency, ensuring projects move smoothly from brief → execution → delivery.
If done right, this role can evolve into:
Head of Operations → COO
What You’ll Own
Operations & Delivery
- Manage day-to-day agency operations across projects
- Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Identify bottlenecks and ensure nothing slips
Client Communication
- Coordinate with clients and manage feedback cycles
- Maintain delivery timelines and expectation management
- Build long-term client trust through structured execution
Systems & Workflows
- Design and improve workflows across creative, strategy, and campaigns
- Build SOPs and documentation
- Optimize tools like ClickUp, Notion, and Google Drive
- Implement automation to improve efficiency
Team Coordination
- Oversee task allocation and internal coordination
- Run weekly reviews and maintain reporting systems
- Create operational clarity across teams
Operational Discipline
- Track invoices, vendors, and documentation
- Support founders with operational visibility
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years in operations or project management
- Experience working in agencies, startups, or fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of creative and marketing workflows
- Highly systems-oriented and detail-driven
- Comfortable managing clients, teams, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to think like a founder
