Operations Manager (Woman Candidate) – Franchise Operations | India

We’re hiring an experienced and execution-focused Operations Manager to oversee and streamline day-to-day franchise operations for the growing network across India.

About the Role

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing franchise operations, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, driving performance, and supporting franchise partners on a daily basis.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, compliance management, and hands-on operational execution within a fast-growing salon and beauty franchise ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of franchise salons across assigned territories
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for franchise partners
  • Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, operational guidelines, and customer service standards
  • Monitor franchise performance, KPIs, revenue trends, and operational efficiency
  • Conduct regular franchise audits, inspections, and operational reviews
  • Support franchisees in staffing, training coordination, and operational problem-solving
  • Ensure implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities at salon level
  • Coordinate with training teams to maintain service quality and staff certification standards
  • Manage escalation handling related to operations, customer experience, and franchise support
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and provide regular operational updates to leadership
  • Assist in launching new franchise locations and operational onboarding
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
  • Work closely with management to improve systems, processes, and franchise profitability

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in franchise operations, retail operations, salon chains, hospitality, QSR, or multi-location business management
  • Strong understanding of SOP implementation and operational controls
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple franchise locations simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Experience in team management and operational audits preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively across franchise locations

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in salon, beauty, wellness, retail, or hospitality industry
  • Exposure to franchise business models and multi-unit operations
  • Knowledge of customer experience management and operational excellence frameworks
