Brunch & Cake is continuing its international expansion, and we're looking for an exceptional Brand Manager to lead and grow our presence in India.

We are looking for a commercially minded hospitality professional who will act as the custodian of the Brunch & Cake brand across our Indian market—ensuring operational excellence, protecting brand standards, driving profitability, and leading our expansion strategy.

Working closely with the Franchise Directors, Global Support Office and Local Company Directors, you will oversee every aspect of the brand's performance while supporting the successful opening and long-term operation of multiple locations across the country.

Your Responsibilities

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Lead the operational performance of all Brunch & Cake locations across India.
• Drive sales, profitability, P&L performance and overall business growth.
• Protect and uphold Brunch & Cake's international brand standards across all outlets.
• Lead new store openings, market expansion and site development.
• Support and coach franchise partners, Restaurant Managers and operational teams to achieve excellence.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety and operational standards.
• Monitor guest experience, operational audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary operational representative of Brunch & Cake within the Indian market.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

✔ Minimum 8 years' experience in Hospitality or F&B Operations.

✔ At least 3–4 years managing multiple outlets or brands.

✔ Proven experience with restaurant openings and brand expansion.

✔ Strong commercial and financial acumen with excellent P&L management skills.

✔ Excellent leadership, coaching and people development skills.

✔ Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety and operational compliance.

✔ Experience working with international brands or franchise systems is highly desirable.

✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating with global leadership.

✔ Willingness to travel across India as the brand continues to expand.
