Role Description

This is a contract, on-site Operations Manager role located in Atlanta, GA. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage cleaning and detailing schedules, coordinate with clients, and ensure service quality standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include supervising teams, optimizing workflows, addressing client needs, maintaining inventory, and ensuring alignment with the company’s high standards for delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also involves implementing efficient operational processes to support seamless service execution.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills and experience in team management and supervision
• Strong organizational and operational planning abilities, including scheduling and workflow optimization
• Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of residential, commercial, or post-construction cleaning services is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in using scheduling and management software
• Problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
