Location: Mohali, Punjab
Employment Type: Full-time, In-person
Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day execution across all Watts Group verticals, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, timely delivery of projects, and continuous process improvement. This role acts as the bridge between day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage workflows, timelines, and team communication across verticals.
• Monitor project progress; identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Liaise with client specialists, marketing teams, and sales personnel to ensure alignment.
• Oversee CRM usage and data integrity.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly reporting, and coordinate handoffs between shifts.
• Implement AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Support hiring and training of new team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years experience in operations/project management, preferably in services or tech sectors.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
