This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, based in Kochi. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company goals. Responsibilities include team management, process optimization, problem-solving, client satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies. The role also involves resource allocation, performance monitoring, and contributing to organizational growth.
