Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate must have 2 to 3 years of experience in the full recruitment cycle and possess excellent communication skills. This role requires a strategic mindset to attract top talent and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Screening & Selection
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Offer Management & Onboarding
- Negotiate offers, facilitate background verification, and ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
- Assist in providing a seamless onboarding experience to new employees.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and generate reports on hiring metrics and effectiveness.
- Analyze hiring trends and suggest improvements in recruitment strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams and hiring managers to optimize recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with external agencies and job portals to expand talent pools.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Preferable: Sales Recruitment
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATS, job portals, and recruitment software.
- Language Skills: "Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory".
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
