- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate operational performance and implement improvement strategies
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Experience in Sales and a proven ability to drive business success
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management for planning and execution
- Ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving organizational objectives
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in a leadership role, preferably in operations or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred
