Role Description

The Operations Leadership Profile position is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role involves overseeing and managing daily operations, driving project execution, and ensuring the seamless implementation of strategies for maximum efficiency. Key responsibilities include coordinating teams, monitoring performance, optimizing operational processes, and supporting sales efforts to achieve organizational goals. The role also entails maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Experience in Sales and a proven ability to drive business success
• Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management for planning and execution
• Ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving organizational objectives
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience in a leadership role, preferably in operations or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred
