Role Overview

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with strong hands-on experience in civil construction and interior works, along with the ability to supervise site activities and manage execution teams.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end civil work execution, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed according to drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day civil construction and interior work activities at the site
Ensure proper execution of civil works such as structural work, finishing, and interior execution
Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings and construction documents
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and project teams
Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and safety standards
Manage labor teams, contractors, and material usage on site
Assist in material selection, quantity estimation, and BOQ preparation
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, project timelines, and quality standards
Identify and resolve site-related technical or execution issues
Maintain proper site reports and progress documentation
