HCLTech is hiring an experienced Operations Supervisor / Team Lead to manage ARF Post-Retirement and Savings & Investments (S&I) – New Business operations.

📍 Location: Chennai

🧑 💼 Role Level: Operations Team Lead

⏳ Experience: 4–6 years (including 1–2 years in a supervisory role)

⚡ Joining: Immediate joiners only (mandatory)

🔍 Role Overview

Lead and manage ARF & S&I operations teams, ensure SLA adherence, drive performance, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day ARF & S&I operational activities
• Allocate work and closely monitor team performance
• Ensure timely and accurate processing (ARF input, surrenders, savings updates, etc.)
• Handle escalations and support complex case resolution
• Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
• Collaborate with QA and Compliance teams to meet standards
• Prepare operational MIS and support planning initiatives

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in financial / insurance operations
• Strong knowledge of ARF and Investment products
• Proven experience in team management and workflow optimization
