Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage and drive transformation within Commercial Lending Outsourcing operations supporting a US-based bank from India. This role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in commercial lending processes, combined with the ability to manage large operations teams and senior stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will bring 12–15 years of experience, including significant exposure to operations delivery, stakeholder management, and transformation initiatives, with a focus on improving efficiency, scalability, and service quality across lending operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Commercial Lending Outsourcing operations supporting US banking clients
• Manage large operations teams delivering services across:
• Loan origination and ore assessment
• Loan closing and booking
• Servicing and post-close operations
• Drive operations transformation initiatives, including:
• Process optimization
• Automation and efficiency improvements
• Quality and turnaround time enhancements
• Act as the primary interface for US-based stakeholders, ensuring strong relationship management and alignment with business expectations
• Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics across operations teams
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance delivery quality
• Collaborate with technology and transformation teams to enable process digitization and workflow improvements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk requirements
• Build and develop high-performing teams, including training, mentoring, and capability building

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–15 years of experience in Commercial Lending Operations
• Experience in Loan IQ and AFS vision banking platforms
• Strong experience supporting US banking clients from India (outsourcing / offshore delivery model)
• 10–12 years of experience in operations management and stakeholder management
• Deep understanding of commercial lending lifecycle
• Proven experience driving operations transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage senior business leaders
• Experience managing large teams and multi-process operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in process automation, workflow tools, or digital transformation initiatives
• Exposure to loan origination systems (LOS)or servicing platforms
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in US banking
• Experience working in consulting or large-scale transformation programs
