Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Delhi for the Operations Head - University Admissions. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end operations of the university admissions process, streamlining workflows, and managing cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing strategies to optimize the admission process, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with admission guidelines, and staying updated with industry trends. The Operations Head will also be responsible for financial oversight related to admissions and fostering effective communication across departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications- Min 15 years of experience in Education/ Edtech Operations

• Experience in higher education or university admissions processes.
• Proven expertise in Operations Management and knowledge of process optimization techniques.
• Architected the delivery strategy, including the design of SOPs, programme and resource planning frameworks, matrix-based monitoring systems,
• Excellent Team Management and leadership abilities to guide and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to engage with various stakeholders.
