Role Overview

One of our clients is seeking experienced Operations Experts and General Management professionals to support a leading AI research lab developing next-generation machine learning systems. This engagement applies real-world operations and management expertise to analyze, structure, and address practical challenges that inform AI research, evaluation, and infrastructure development.

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute directly to innovative AI initiatives in a fully remote, project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create structured tasks and professional deliverables based on common general management and operational scenarios
Analyze operational challenges and develop clear, well-reasoned recommendations and decision frameworks
Review and refine AI-generated content related to operations, management, and organizational decision-making
Provide domain-specific insights to identify gaps, limitations, or inconsistencies in AI system outputs
Apply consistent quality standards across all deliverables

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in general management, operations, or a closely related field
Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and clarity
Ability to clearly articulate operational concepts, workflows, and decision-making frameworks
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment

Engagement Details

Fully remote, independent contractor role
Expected workload of approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 30+ hours
Immediate project start
Initial project duration of approximately 3–4 weeks, with potential extension based on project needs and performance

Compensation & Contract Terms

Hourly compensation aligned with role scope, experience, and applicable local labor standards
Weekly payments based on services rendered
Engagement structured as an independent contractor arrangement, subject to applicable local laws and regulations
