Operations Executive

Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage back-end operations for our growing mutual fund distribution business. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of client transactions, KYC compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process mutual fund transactions and monitor execution using the CRM system.
• Coordinate with clients to collect KYC documents and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Track client profiles, ensure data accuracy, and maintain timely updates in the system.
• Generate reports, MIS, and daily execution updates.
• Liaise with fund houses, partners, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Requirements:

• Graduate with NISM V-A certification completed.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a brokerage firm or asset management company (AMC).
• Good knowledge of mutual fund products and execution platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer focus.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools).
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
