Operations Executive- Technical Support (CTC-4 LPA)

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Operations Executive who can manage daily execution, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure smooth delivery of digital signage projects, service support, and operational excellence.

• Manage day-to-day operations related to deployments, installations, service execution, and support coordination
• Coordinate with sales, technical, support, logistics, and field teams for timely execution
• Track project timelines, installation schedules, complaint closures, renewals, and service updates
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, and escalations professionally
• Support basic technical troubleshooting related to digital signage systems (CMS, media players, displays, connectivity)
• Monitor team performance, assign tasks, and ensure accountability
• Maintain MIS reports, trackers, SOPs, and operational documentation
• Identify recurring issues and improve processes for better efficiency and service quality

Technical:

• Knowledge of digital signage systems, CMS, media players, screens, and networking basics
• Understanding of installation, configuration, and content operations

Client & Communication:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage clients and handle escalations

Team & Execution:

• Strong coordination and task management skills
• Problem-solving, multitasking, and deadline-oriented approach

Tools:

• Excel / Google Sheets / CRM / Ticketing tools

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, IT, Electronics, or related field
• Experience: Relevant experience in operations, project coordination, technical support, or client servicing (digital signage experience preferred)
