Credit Analyst (US Mortgage Underwriting)

Location: Gurugram (In-office)

Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Rotational days + shift) 5 day work week

Experience: 1 – 4 years

Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month

About the Role

We’re building an underwriting operations team for a US rental-tech company that enables fair, fast, and fraud-free tenant approvals.

If you’ve handled BFSI or back-office processes and enjoy analytical work with global exposure, this is a strong next step.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate rental applications and verify supporting data.
• Maintain process accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
• Record findings, communicate updates, and coordinate case closures.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
• Meet daily quality and turnaround targets.

Requirements

• 4 + years in BPO / KPO operations (preferably BFSI / Mortgage / Risk).
• Excellent written English and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with workflow tools or CRMs.
• Comfortable with night shift and structured, target-based work.

Good to Have

• Prior exposure to underwriting, verification, or document review.
• Experience working with US-based clients.
