Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Get the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and founders, gaining high-level learning and hands-on experience in daily business operations and decision-making.

Manage backend operations including order processing, production coordination, and dispatch tracking.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product sourcing, pricing, and timely delivery.
Handle purchase orders, quotation comparisons, and procurement documentation.
Track inventory, stock levels, and incoming materials to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams for order approvals and execution.
Manage packaging, courier dispatch, and logistics coordination for client deliveries.
Maintain records, Excel trackers, invoices, and vendor communication for operational reporting.
