Role Overview

We’re hiring a hands-on Operations Executive to manage day-to-day D2C & E-Commerce operations and ensure smooth execution across Shopify, Shiprocket, and Amazon, from orders coming in to products reaching customers on time. This is a core execution role. You’ll work closely with the founder and handle the operational backbone of the brand.

Dr. J’s HealthVitals is a doctor-founded women’s health supplement brand focused on creating targeted, science-backed solutions for real hormonal, gut, fertility, and lifestyle issues women face every day. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify backend (orders, fulfilment, cancellations, refunds)
• Coordinate daily dispatch and deliveries via Shiprocket
• Handle Amazon Seller Central order operations
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and service providers
• Respond to customer queries related to orders and delivery
• Track orders, flag issues, and ensure timely resolution
• Support inventory coordination and launch-day operations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a D2C / e-commerce brand
• Hands-on experience with Shopify
• Familiar with Shiprocket and Amazon Seller Central
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Prompt, organised, and comfortable multitasking
• Ownership mindset; minimal hand-holding
