About The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across different communication channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Escalate complex cases whenever required and track them until closure.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update relevant information in internal systems.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience while adhering to company processes and quality standards.
