Role Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling calling support, managing operational data, and ensuring smooth coordination of leads and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle calling support and client coordination
• Manage EPR (Entry/Process Reporting) effectively
• Maintain and track leads with regular follow-ups
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in MS Excel
• Support daily operational activities and coordination

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
•  Strong knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)
• Ability to manage and organize data efficiently
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach

Salary & Benefits:

upto ₹30,000 per month
