This is a full-time, on-site position for an Operations Executive, based in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing daily operational tasks, implementing efficient operational processes, coordinating with various teams for smooth functioning, and improving operational efficiency. Other duties include effective communication with internal stakeholders, problem-solving, and executing plans aligned with organizational goals.

• Strong operational skills, including Operations and Operations Management
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to coordinate with diverse teams and resolve conflicts
• Advanced Analytical Skills to assess data and make informed decisions
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Background or experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
