Job Description: Operational Excellence - Greater Noida Location

Role Summary

The Operations Excellence professional is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant/organisation. The role focuses on improving productivity, reducing losses, strengthening processes, developing SOPs, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets.

Role Overview:

Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and overall plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lean & Continuous Improvement

• Implement Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, Waste Reduction).
• Lead CI projects to improve OEE, throughput, quality, and cycle time.

2. Process Excellence

• Conduct time–motion studies, bottleneck & capacity analysis, and develop SOPs.
• Support implementation of digital tools and automated dashboards.

3. KPI & Performance Management – Track plant KPIs (OEE, Productivity, MTTR, MTBF,

Yield, Scrap%), prepare dashboards with insights for management.

4. Problem Solving & RCA

Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Industrial Engineering.

Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience in Lean/CI projects and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, reporting, and MS Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• 1–2 years in Operational Excellence / Industrial Engineering / CI.
