About the Role

We are hiring Operations Associates to support core logistics and shipping operations across multiple teams at Wertical. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams, updating shipment records, and ensuring smooth, timely execution of daily operational activities. This position offers a strong entry‑level opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in a structured and process‑driven logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day back-office operations related to logistics and shipping
• Assist in handling shipment documentation (air / ocean / land as applicable)
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth shipment execution
• Update shipment details and job status in internal systems
• Assist in job closing activities and record maintenance
• Follow standard operating procedures and timelines
• Provide operational support to senior executives and team leads

Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: Diploma / Graduate in Logistics, Shipping, or a related field
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
• Basic understanding of shipment flow and logistics operations
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, systems)
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
