Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh for an Operations Associate. The Operations Associate will be responsible for handling daily operational activities such as digital marketing management, book-keeping, financial modelling, ensuring smooth workflows, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Client sales and servicing is a very important part of the role. 

Qualifications

• Strong Reasoning and Mathematical skills. Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and support decision-making.
• Effective Interpersonal Skills and Communication to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in a technical field from a reputable university.
• Experience in the health-tech or technology sector is a plus.
