Applying for: Operations Associate
- Coordinate loading and unloading schedules with clients and drivers
- Track vehicle movements in real time and update dispatch logs
- Manage driver communication and resolve field-level issues
- Maintain daily trip sheets, mileage records, and delivery confirmations
- Assist with fuel and expense tracking
- Escalate delays or operational issues to the operations manager
- 0–3 years of experience in logistics, transport coordination, or supply chain
- Comfortable working in a field-intensive, outdoor environment
- Basic computer literacy: Excel, WhatsApp
- Bengali language fluency — essential for this location
- Two-wheeler preferred for local travel between sites
- First dedicated hire for this corridor — your work sets the standard
- High visibility: leadership notices when you perform here
- Direct mentorship from the ops manager — no middle layers
- Clear path into senior ops or the fleet management function
- Startup-level ownership, enterprise-level backing
- Coordinate loading, unloading, and truck placement
- Track vehicle movement and update dispatch status
- Maintain daily trip records and operational reports
- Prior logistics experience preferred but not required
