We’re looking for an Operations Associate to support daily order processing, warehouse coordination, and reporting. This is a hands-on, execution-focused, in-office role, ideal for freshers who are comfortable with numbers and processes.

Location: Sector-65, Noida

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and track daily orders from the website and marketplaces.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for dispatch and delivery.
  • Monitor warehouse performance and daily dispatch status.
  • Maintain daily operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Track returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
  • Support inventory tracking and stock reconciliation.
  • Escalate delays or mismatches proactively.


Requirements
  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfortable working with daily data and reports.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and process-driven.
  • Willing to work from the office.
  • Candidates residing in Noida will be preferred.
