Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Associate to join our growing team. This entry-to-mid level role supports the Assistant Manager, Operations in the day-to-day coordination and execution of travel bookings — including hotels, transfers, attraction tickets, and other travel services. You will work closely with the Tele Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure guests receive seamless, high-quality travel experiences from initial booking through trip completion. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end booking of accommodations, transportation, tours, and travel-related services based on finalized itineraries.
- Confirm and communicate all travel arrangements to guests promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Tele Sales, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure alignment on bookings, payments, and guest communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with external service providers, hotels, transport operators, and activity vendors.
- Provide real-time assistance to guests during trips, handling queries and complaints.
- Collect and analyze traveler feedback to drive continuous improvement in offerings and processes.
- Maintain accurate records across booking systems and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Stay updated on global travel trends, destination information, and travel advisories to support informed decision-making.
Key requirements for the role :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in travel operations, reservations, or a related customer-facing role. Freshers with strong internship experience in the travel industry will be considered.
- Experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms preferred.
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to support day-to-day work.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with shifting priorities.
- A genuine interest in travel and customer experience
