Job Context
- Order accuracy and adherence to customer specifications.
- On-time order processing and production scheduling
- Customer satisfaction and feedback on order handling and delivery.
- Inventory accuracy related to order processing.
- Order cycle time – the time it takes from order receipt to product delivery.
- Quality control results – defect rates and quality checks on completed orders.
- Strong technical knowledge of window products, materials, and manufacturing processes,
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and product specifications.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and other related software for data management and reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve order discrepancies, technical issues, and customer concerns.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order specifications, documentation, and product quality.
