Role Description The Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Anklesvar. This position supports daily operational activities, including coordinating orders, tracking inventory, and assisting with documentation and record maintenance. The role involves communicating with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and issue resolution. The Operations Assistant will help monitor workflow, prepare basic reports, and support operations management in implementing process improvements. The role requires close attention to detail, adherence to company procedures, and consistent follow-up on operational tasks.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Operations and Operations Management to support day-to-day workflow and process execution.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track data, identify discrepancies, and support basic reporting and decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with internal teams and customers professionally.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and email tools, is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support is an advantage.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Anklesvar and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
